Lilian Noble, aged 72, a long-time resident of Thunder Bay; passed away quietly the early morning of Monday November the 24th at St. Joseph's Care Group after a long and difficult battle with cancer.

Born in Uruguay, Lilian moved to Canada to pursue a better life for her family. She enjoyed staying active and worked at St. Joseph's Hospital for 26 years, well beyond retirement.

She loved gardening and took great pride in her beautiful home. She also cherished spending time with her beloved cat, Kitty.

Her smile and kindness touched all who were fortunate enough to know her. Her family brought her great joy and was the center of her life. She will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by her son, Will, her daughter Patty, grandson Aiden, and sisters Mirtha and Noemi.

To honor Lilian’s life donations will be accepted to erect a park bench in her memory at one of the city parks.
