Leonard Vaillant, beloved husband of Marilyn Vaillant, passed away March 29, 2015 at the age of 83. He was born in Port Arthur on March 27, 1932 to Dona and Adele Vaillant. Leonard grew up in a large family where he learned the lessons of perseverance and hard work. His home had an open door and laughter prevailed. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and the skills he taught have benefitted many. Leonard was predeceased by his parents Dona and Adele and brother Alec. Left to keep him in their hearts is his loving wife Marilyn; his sons Kevin (Lenore), Leon (Susie) and Doug; his cherished daughter Adele; his adored Grandchildren Jessica, Stephanie, Scott, Alexander, Nicholas, Kaitlin, Keegan, Rachelle and Bethanie with great grandchild Carlee as well as many caring sisters, brothers, nieces and nephews.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. with Vigil Prayers at 6:00 p.m. at Jenkens Funeral Home, 226 South Syndicate Avenue.
