Kim is survived by her loving husband and true soulmate Jim Tucker, two cherished sons, Jared and Jordan whom she loved fiercely, father Albert Pereczky, mother Marilyn Pereczky, in-laws Ron and Joyce Tucker, and numerous other relatives. She was pre-deceased by infant son James Walter whom she was eager to hold in her arms again.

In lieu of flowers, Kim requested donations to the Northern cancer Fund, Canadian Mental Health Association or a charity of your choice. Our family would like to thank Dr Fulford, Dr Dueck, Dr Mapeso, Dr Anthes, Dr Davis, the chemo team Dawn, Lori, Margaret, Sue and Corinna, Angela, as well as all the nurses and staff at the TBRHSC - cancer Unit for all the kind and compassionate care.

A special thank you to the Thunder Bay Breast cancer Support Group where Kim met an incredible group of women who became wonderful friends. She credits them for introducing her to and allowing her the privilege of participating in The Butterfly Story, Dragon Boating, Relay for Life, and Run for the Cure. She was forever grateful for her Zeller’s girls who were like family to her. Finally, Kim requested that you remember her by performing random acts of kindness and to remember that no matter what happens next—put one foot in front of the other, and Soldier On.

Funeral Mass is to be held Friday January 8 at St Patrick’s Cathedral at 3:00pm with Msgr.
