<div itemprop="description"><br /><br /><br />It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of our beloved son and brother John &ldquo;Jack&rdquo; Charles Young on March 26, 2015 at 57 years of age. Born in Port Arthur on September 11, 1957. Jack is survived by his mother Isabella &ldquo;Glady&rdquo; Young; brothers Robert &ldquo;R.B.&rdquo; (Connie), Steve and Fred; sisters Clair LaJeunesse, Colleen &ldquo;Cookie&rdquo; Savor (Dick) and Teena Fournier (Kevin) all of Thunder Bay. Predeceased by brother Patrick and his father Bernard &ldquo;Bernie&rdquo; Young. He enjoyed his childhood neighborhood of Current River and later his home in Westfort. Jack had previously worked at Lovelady&rsquo;s Camera Shop, Black&rsquo;s Photography and FRP Systems as fiberglass technician. He loved his current job at Bombardier where he has been since 1987 in the fiberglass shop, on line building cars and ducts and doors assembly station. There he developed many lasting friendships, which he greatly cherished and spoke highly of his &ldquo;buddies&rdquo;. Throughout the years he enjoyed hobbies such as photography, woodworking, painting and rebuilding cars, fishing, music and crossword puzzles. He will be greatly missed by family, friends, co-workers and his cat Storm. Cremation has taken place. Visitation for family and friends will be held at Jenkens Funeral Home on Saturday, April 4, 2015 from 2 &ndash; 4 p.m. Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.<br /><br /><br /><br /></div>
